Pawn Ram
I picked up this book
(like I needed another chess book) and attribute a recent win(game) to one of the lessons I learned from it.
I reached this position:
I know I am supposed to play on the king side but I have always been reluctant to move my g and h pawns. In this book they have the concept of the pawn ram and the great strategists seem to have no such qualms. So... instead of playing on the queen side or making a bunch of week moves I pushed my pawns in his face, double rooks on the f file, moved my q into the attack then rammed my pawns down his throat. I could have done it more efficiently but am satisfied with my play and addition of a new weapon.
