crafty is the only engine i use. maybe i should try to use another engine for analysis.

There's nothing wrong with the move selection - I ran this through Rybka 2.2 which is the top chess engine n the world and Qd3 is tied for the top move. It's the evaluation numbers in the first diagram that are a problem. Black is down material so there is no way it should be rated 0.00. Rybka rates it +/- 2.89.
