I read the word "hope" somewhere in your annotations. It is adviced to try your very best not to play "hope chess", as hope chess will hurt your game.

Not a bad game. You fought well but one mistake is all your opponent needed.
12.d5
I don't like this move, you give up control of c5 square (and your opponent immediately posts a knight there). I'd consider playing 12.a4 here, attacking the queen-side pawns (play might continue 12..b4 13.Na2 a5 14.c3).
